Summer-friendly makeup?

Holy crap, is it HOT out. Chicago went from 50 degrees to 90 degrees in, like, a week. Those of us who were bitching about it being too cold are now bitching about it being too hot.

I, however, have found yet another thing to complain about: the heat's grotesque effect on my makeup.

I would love to find some summer-friendly makeup that doesn't make my face melt.

Help?

I heard Clinique is pretty good. Otherwise do what I do- use a self tanner or get a tan and just add some mascara (waterproof of course!)...summer is better off "light" and sunkissed :)

In the summer I ditch the foundation, use a cover up for any breakouts and then powder with NARS bronzer.

Its a light powder with just enough glow; not the type that makes you look like a bronzed whore; aka JLo in Monster-in-Law.

Top it off with blush (NARS orgasm), mascara (Always DIOR) and a lip gloss (Sephora's brand rocks) and ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

Stila makes an AMAZING oil-free tinted moisturizer.

I like Clinique. I mean, when it's that f*cking hot, nothing is going to do it, but some are better than others. And yes, it's f*cking hot here.
